What kind of appliances do you sell?
We sell brand-new scratch-and-dent appliances from top brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, and more.
These are never-used floor models with minor cosmetic flaws that don’t affect performance — which is why we’re able to offer them at deep discounts.
Most inventory is one-of-a-kind, and once a unit is gone, it may not be restocked.
Are the appliances new or used?
All appliances are new, never used, and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
Each unit is fully inspected and tested to ensure it’s functional. Any scratches, dents, or imperfections are cosmetic only and clearly documented in the product listing.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Many appliances still include the manufacturer’s warranty, though coverage can vary by model.
Warranty details are listed on each product page when available, or you can message us before purchasing if you’d like confirmation.
How does delivery work?
We offer free local delivery for customers in the surrounding area.
Delivery is scheduled on Saturdays and availability is limited.
To qualify for Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this cutoff are automatically scheduled for the following week.
Pickup is also available during select weekday hours and can be scheduled during checkout.
Do you offer pickup or installation?
We offer scheduled pickup during select weekday hours, which can be chosen during checkout.
Pickup is primarily intended for customers who have already placed an order, though in-person viewing may be available during posted hours. All purchases are completed through our website.
We do not currently offer installation services.
Can I see the appliances in person?
We operate primarily online, and all purchases are completed through our website.
In-person viewing is available during limited posted hours for customers who would like to see units before ordering. Please note that the person on-site assists with access and pickups, but is not a salesperson and may not have detailed information about individual units.
If you decide to purchase, orders must be placed online and pickup or delivery scheduled during checkout.
Do you offer financing?
We do not currently offer financing. All purchases are paid in full at checkout.
Because our pricing is already deeply discounted compared to retail, most customers find they’re saving thousands even without financing.
Where are you located?
We’re located just off I-70 in Wright City, Missouri, serving customers throughout the surrounding area with local delivery.
