What kind of appliances do you sell?
We sell scratch-and-dent floor models from top brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, and more. These are brand-new units with minor cosmetic flaws at a deep discount.
Are the appliances new or used?
All appliances are new, never used, and come directly from the manufacturer or distributor. They may have dents, scratches, or other minor imperfections but are fully functional and tested.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Many of our appliances still include the manufacturer’s warranty, but this can vary. We recommend checking each product listing or asking at the time of purchase.
How does pickup work?
We do not offer in store pick up, we do however offer free local delivery.
Do you offer delivery or installation?
Yes! We offer free local delivery and haul-away services . Installation (including gas) is available depending on the product and location. You’ll be able to select this at checkout.
Can I see the appliances in person?
Our store is not open for walk-ins. However, each product listing includes multiple photos, detailed condition notes, and Bay number location. The pickup process is designed to be quick, convenient, and contact-free.
Do you offer financing?
No, we do not offer financing at this time. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout.
